How to transfer a domain from Network Solutions
Before submitting a transfer request with us please obtain EPP code (if applicable) from Network Solutions and make sure that the domain is unlocked.
How to unlock your domain with Network Solutions:
- Login to your Network Solutions account
- Click Web Address (Domains) left menu tab
- Click Manage Domain Names
- Click on the domain name you would like to unlock
- Click Turn Off or Request Authorization in the Domain Protect row
- Select Leave Domain Protect Off and click on Save
How to obtain EPP code from Network Solutions:
- Login to your Network Solutions account
- Click Web Address (Domains) left menu tab
- Click Manage Domain Names
- Click on the domain name you would like to get EPP code for
- Click Turn Off or Request Authorization in the Domain Protect row
- Select Request Authorization Code and click on Save
In most cases you would also need to disable privacy protection service for the domain. To disable private registration please contact Network Solutions Support
